Boat Trip to Discovery Bay

A Sunny Sunday in Hong Kong on 7th Sept, 2008
I was bringing my excitement and myself to the once a month Flea Market in Discovery Bay.
The Sunshine was embarking my happiness and I shot some photos on the way to Discovery Bay.
It was 1:00pm that I have arrived.
I walked into the city centre and that was where my dream burnt.
Besides Fish Flakes and Children Books, there wasn't anything surprising except there Mobile Massage Service.
I walked away in approximately 4 and a half mins.
Although I did not have any good flea market experience, I still enjoyed my day and the new thing that I have discovered in the city!!!
Such as the New West Kowloon Culture Center, the New Bridge to Macau, etc.

HTC store inside a store inside a store

Opening today inside Hollywood Trading Company (which is itself inside Fred Segal Santa Monica): a pop-up store from The Generic Man. The shop will have a few exclusives, including Canvas Chuckmans in black or gray from TGM's Spring '09 collection. But the real action happens at the August 23 opening party, where the brand will launch its new Re-Edit collection (pictured). The kicks are handmade from vintage army materials, making them both eco-friendly—after all, this is the land of the Prius—and stylish. (Note: Enthusiasm for actual militarism not required.) Can't make it to L.A.? The shoes will see an international release next January.

Eiko Ishioka (石岡 瑛子, Ishioka Eiko, born July 12, 1939, Tokyo) is an Oscar-winning costume designer, known for her work in stage, screen, advertising, and print media. She won a 1992 Academy Award for costume design for Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Ishioka’s long list of credits includes the 1985 Cannes Film Festival Award for Artistic Contribution for her production design of Paul Schrader’s film Mishima, a Tony Award nomination for the stage and costume design of the Broadway play "M. Butterfly," and a Grammy Award the art work for Miles Davis’ "Tutu" album, to name just a few. Most recently, she brought her creative sensibilities to bear on the conservative opera world with her costume design for Richard Wagner’s "Ring Cycle," at the Netherlands National Opera.

Eiko Ishioka graduated from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Her work is included in the permanent collection of museums throughout the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York. In 1992 she was selected to be a member of the New York Art Directors Club Hall of Fame.

One of Eiko's famous works is in forCirque du Soleil: Varekai.

Ishioka is scheduled to do costume work for a musical called "Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell". This is expected to debut in 2008 or 2009. This is according to the official blog of Jim Steinman.
